I consider it my responsibility to read every program out there. I am always purchasing other programs and going over the information, as well as meeting with other trainers around the world to always improve my own program. My program is different from any I have used or reviewed so far. I am completely biased but I believe the program to be more scientifically grounded, cutting edge, easy to understand, and dedicated customer support (ahem :) ). I refuse to bash on any other programs because that’s just not my style. There are plenty of programs out there that will get you results, and there are also gimmicks and marketers to sift through. I am here to help you reach your goals. Work with me, communicate with me, and we will both rejoice in the results.
It is not necessary to add strength shoes, bands, or ankle weights to my program. The training regime within the Jump Manual is comprehensive and requires no other training aids.
