Legs feel heavy all the time

    Hey Malik, I know this was directed to Jakob, but I just figured I'd add my 2 cents. Lol
    I'm usually tight around my hamstrings & quads. Typically, the 5 minute jog I do on the tread mill, plus all the stretching he suggests you do prior to actually working out really helps in loosening those muscles. & they're a great way to warm up. 👍👍
