Hello Jacob. My name is Malik and I'm planning to tryout for my juco. I know the work I have to do but I have a problem. I've had problems with my legs in that they feel heavy and stiff 24/7 and due to that i think it effects the way I play in that it's hard for me to dribble or move with any type of quickness. Do you have any input on that? I already have the jump manual and plan to start it soon. Although I can get up for a dunk, i think it would be much easier if I did feel such tight/ stiff legs. I know you reccomended the single squat exercise but is there anything else? Thank you
