I am curious about the actual workout plan that I should be doing everyday. I have summer workouts that I partake in during team workouts at cuse but I am adding the jump manual drills in as well. I should just strictly follow the 14 day plan accordingly for the explosive drills? Any further information will help on what specifically I should be doing on a day to day basis. Because I completed the first day of the workout plan but then the next day only has 2 drills for me to do. The drop off from drills just seems strange. I look forward to hearing back from you.
