    hey Jacob or anyone who wants to help , the program has been helping me a lot ive been doing it since feburary and im barely touching rim. can you tell me if this is the problem why im not dunking yet. because i want to dunk in less than a month.
    soo ive been doing the program and taking a week or 2 off like once a month to get my results(good idea right?). but during my workout weeks i dont really do the off-day exercises because i have basketball practice and  i figure im already jumping and using my legs and they are not resting so why go home and do the off day exercises. and i havent been doing the core exercises a lot. do you think this could be the problem thats stopping me from reaching my goal?? please help me ive been doing everything you said when i workout. and to go full max and eat right but the off-day exercises ive been skipping.

    I would do both on the same days, the key is rest and determination. Practice how you play, this will only make you better, Good luck
