    So if I workout legs once or twice a week, and play basketball once a week (where I would jump a lot), it's enough to keep my gains after the program is over? I'm sure the answer to that is yes, but my real question is when I DO workout legs after the program, is it okay if I go w/ the regular slow and steady movements that most bodybuilders do? Or I still need to do slow negatives and explosive positives?
