I was just wondering what would happen if i got a beasty lower body and core from doing squats deadlifts crunches calf raises sprints etc. but i never worked out my upper body except my shoulders of course for that arm swing.
Would i be extremely fast and jump high?
Noones ever asked this question before.
I googled it and its always backwards people are asking about working there upper body and not working there lower because everyone wants to look good and they care more about the biceps and etc.
