Hey Jacob im in a bit of a problem and i dont know what to do other than stretch and rest it out. Ever since i did 235 on Dead Lifts ( 2 weeks ago), my lower back has still been aching me, i havent been dead lifting since. its not extremely painful but its really bothering me. im not jumping any higher and i cant even squat much any more because of it. My max squat is 285 and i cant even get passed 200 because of it. My hang time decreased and i really cant do any more athletic movements. Can you tell me what i should to stop the ache. Please and Thanks
