Day 1, Day 4, Day 8 and Day 11 each have the longest workout sessions in comparison with the other days right? Well, for each of these days (1, 4, 8, and 11), in how much time do you reckon should I complete the entire workout session (including warm-ups). i'm asking cuz i take 1 hour just for workouts and 2 hours for the actual exercises (for these days). as you can see 3 hours go just because of the jump manual. i cannot possibly cope with school and everything this way. is what i am doing normal?
how do i get 8 hrs of sleep (which Jacob reccomends), attend 8 hours of school, spend 3 hours on school homework and STILL do the Jump Manual?
