Hello Jacob. Previously i requested a video about losing your vertical jump and you said yes, its possible if you're not active or if you fall sick for sometime or if you came up with an injury or whatever. Now when i bought the Truth about Quickness program, Alex made it very clear that any gains in quickness will be kept forever, which is what i thought was really awesome. Now back to the vertical jump, i know that resistance training + plyometric training is the best and quickest way to get optimal results for your vertical leap. But suppose you only used plyometrics to increase your vertical leap, is it possible to add 12 inches or more using ONLY plyometrics? Even if it took you a year, is it still possible? And here comes the best part, don't your results stay with you forever because you didn't use strength training? Thanks Jacob.
