I've been following the Jump Manual for some time and have seen some good gains.
I just want to get your opinion on "The Warrior Diet". This basically consists of eating only nuts, fruit and vegetables ALL DAY. No other meals. And then in the evening having one MASSIVE meal of with salad, meat, carbs etc. Basically all the protein and carbs you'd need for the whole day in one meal.
What do you think when combined with JM?
