Hi,where is the "Ask Us" button? or any alternative to cancel the one to one coaching ???

    Hi, you said to go to the ask us to cancel the one on one coaching but when I typed "How to cancel one on one coaching?" it just comes up with similar questions other people have asked... How do i cancel them? I've been trying to get on at the times scheduled for coaching but never manage to talk to anybody. Expected the one on one coaching to be a lot easier to use after reading the advertisement selling the jump manual. Thought I would be able to email questions and have them answered in a few days but it is a lot more complicated haha!

    When you go to "ask us" and open a ticket, you have to confirm your email to receive replies. Scott can cancel your coaching once you have finished opening a ticket.

    Hey scott I really can't seem to find the ask us button. Could you provide a screen shot of the window with the button?

    It is part of the menu at the top next to settings.
