First of all, I am a very satisfied customer and plan on using the jump manual continually for as long as I have an interest in competitive sports. I'm 31, and have witnessed more increases to my vertical leap and explosiveness than at any other point in my life since using this 100% effective workout regiment. I have only completed two weeks of the Max Explosion Workout and already have increased my leaping ability by 3-4". I have only run into one issue using your manual and I believe it to be a quick fix.
On two of the descriptions for exercises (Weighted Explosions & Hang Cleans) the tiny icon video and description are not in congruence. The Weighted Explosions says to jump and lift weight over head while the video doesn't show Jacob lifting the weight over his head but rather keeping the weights at his waist. The Hang Cleans say to jump with the straight bar in your hands, but the video shows Jacob simply lifting the weight to his chest and not jumping at all. I think it's important fix this problem so the client can verify he/she is accomplishing the exercise correctly. Also, for the purchasers of the online manual, such as myself, I wish you had a higher quality video for each exercise.
I hope you consider the changes I have recommended because I have personally never been more satisfied with any other workout regiment as I am the Jump Manual. I can't wait to continue to see the vast improvements to my vertical and the way I feel. My ultimate goal is to be able to leap off of two feet and dunk with two hands. Currently, I can dunk one handed with a running start, and all thanks to the Jump Manual. I can feel the difference in my explosiveness already and only after two weeks!
