If you don't have access to dumbbells or weights there are a couple alternatives to you.
Alternative #1 - Single leg bounding or jumps
Perform maximum height consecutive jumps from one leg, standing in place or moving forward.
Alternative #2 - Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps
The single leg jumps with body weight should provide plenty of resistance.
If possible measure the height or distance (very important) to use as a marker of progress and help you to push forward.
