I just bought the jump manual yesterday and although im having a few program problems (cant watch either the vids or see the pictures for each exercise) im dead excited to start.
Now ill quickly say that im 5'7 with a one armed reach of 85 and my finger can touch the top of the rim. so i calculate that at a 35 inch vertical.
The reason im emailing is that im just wondering if i can implement any upper body workouts during the program. ill follow it the same way as the explosion: 85% rpm, 5 sets of up to 8 reps etc etc. I've seen that you said its possible to do so as long as its done the day before a leg day.
I really wanted to implement this because im quite tight with money and dont want to waste time and money on paying for gym membership, furthermore i know that a strong upper body can improve vertical.
I was just wondering if you had a reccomended upper body plan/ set of workouts to do on those days?
Like i said im quite tight with money and really want to make this plan work so its not a waste of money and so i get the wanted results as i know my volleyball career is essentially gone now (i was in the great britain development squad when i was 15 and was let off due to my height) being 18 now all i can hope for is to play at the highest level in national league. so i really want to be up there spiking and enjoying volleyball at my best.
