I currently have an injury, should I get started anyways? Will this affect my results?

    As an encouragement to others with an injury, I had dislocated my right patella (knee cap), and put me out of action for quite some time. I gradually strengthened back up and re-injured a year later.

    Since starting the Jump Manual (which I started only 2 months after 2nd injury), I'm in my 8th week and have gone from a 29" to a 39" vertical. My knee feels a lot stronger, and I'm still making steady gains on my vertical. Can I also stress the importance of stretching before exercise and icing after.
