i was wanting to buy some supplements and need some advise.
I was thinking of getting this as my protein http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/myofusion.html
this as my pre-work out, i would probably use this because i will be going to the gym after a long day at school http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/superpump-max.html
and this just to give me the extra http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/aminomax-8000.html
Is this sufficient or is some of this useless. i am new to supplements.
