Hi Jacob, I just have a question concerning the supplements. I know that if protein shakes can only be taken once a day, the best time would be right after the workout/off day exercises. What about creatine? I think I read somewhere that it's best taken right BEFORE the workout, but I want to ask you and see what you do. I was also wondering if it's safe or not to put both protein powder AND creatine in the same shake, for example if I were to take creatine in the mornings because it suits my schedule better. That way I could also get an extra protein shake in me as well, without having to drink two separate shakes (which to be completely honest taste disgusting; I haven't gotten used to them yet and would rather just get it over with in one take if possible).
If anyone else out there has the answers to my questions, I would greatly appreciate it!
