i was wondering what is the best way to contact you for coaching...or what is the best email address? i had a few questions about the amortisation phase on a few of the exercises, especially the weighted explosions. do you do a full squat when landing, then jump back up? or just hit the ground and immediately bounce back up? enjoying the workout so far. looking forward to your response, thanks -Nick Vicentini (airtime999)
