So i'm starting my second phase of Jump Manual and I've been looking at some videos and I've seen people including "Freak Jump Technique Reloaded" in their Manual. The program claims to add 5in to your vertical at the end of the day or 10in at the end of the week. The website is here http://www.jumpingtechnique.com/sp/7350-jump-tech and all the information. If you've heard of this program could you explain to me what it does for me and how it can increase my vertical? I want Jump Manual to be my main workout program but I've seen people include this program with the Manual. So please respond, it would mean a lot. Thanks Jacob!
