I recently purchased your Jump Manual. I read it all, but I have some
questions. First of all I want to tell you about myself. My name is Mohamed
and I'm from Egypt, I attend the American University in Cairo and I'm on
the basketball team. Im 6 ft 2, I play power forward and sometimes center
depending on what the match up is. A big problem that my coach has with me
is that I cant dunk and take alley oops down the rim. He says that he wants
to take advantage of my body (I have wide shoulders and good weight on me)
and dunk over people. He's been sitting me out lately till I improve my
jump, I feel it is kind of unfair and bad coaching from his side, but maybe
he is doing what he thinks is right. Im currently trying to look into a
workout plan where I can train my own workouts being Chest/Biceps,
Back/Triceps, and shoulders. I need a day for each of those workouts. I
usually go to the gym 4-5 days a week, but I know now that I have this leg
workout, I need to alter my workouts, but I dont want to lose weight. My
questions now are
1- How can I incorporate my weight training with my leg training
2- I suffer from a back condition called scliosis, so what kind of
exercises should I do and not do
3- Im having trouble accessing forum and registering my product as well, Do
i really need anything from the forum? Or is the Jump Manual all I need if
I know how to do the exercises?
4- Right now when I'm running and I jump with 1 hand, I can only touch the
bottom of the rim. How high is my vertical if Im 6ft 2 and I can only tip
the rim? I just dont know how to calculate my vertical.
I'd appreciate a quick response if possible, as my time is limited for the
start of our college season. Here is my number with area code if you need
to contact me +201009582123 and I recently added you on skype
"Xypzin2007". If it is email all you need then you have it. Thank you sir!
