    I agree this is one of the most disorganized and advertisement heavy websites I've ever seen.  While I believe this routine will help my vertical it's so convoluted on what I'm supposed to do every day that it's frustrating to stick with it.

    If you can login here you can find the "manual" which is an awfully slapdash spreadsheet someone made 10 years ago that lacks all the required information to do your daily workouts.  Then you go through the Max Explosion section where you'll find what you need to edit/write into the spreadsheet.  There are also video examples of the exercises which sometimes don't even match the title of the exercise written on the spreadsheet.  What can help though is the name of the video file may match even if the name of it on the web page does not (mouse over it and see what the name is at the bottom of the browser).
