I've recently worked out how many calories I should be eating and my macros however I'm not sure whether I should be eating the same amount every day. I am currently trying to gain muscle so I'm eating 200 calories above maintenance. 5 days of the week I work (I do about 12k steps on a shift) and go to the gym so I eat lots on these days. on my days off I don't really do anything so I'm hardly burning any calories. should I still be eating in a surplus on my days off?
