I just wanted to ask the question about exercise, last year when I had PN aswell I did yoga once a week and did the occasional jogging and never had an increase in pain. Back then and still now I had serious problems with anxiety and it was the only thing that helped me release some of that adrenaline.On Monday I did 10 mins of walking/light jog on the treadmill and 20 mins of the cross trainer, and later on I had a big pain flare. Ive no idea if it was due to the exercise or it was due to sitting for 3 hours on my togu cushion at uni. Im still having pain sitting on the cushion so I dont think its the cushion for me. I ordered the low profile twin cheeks cushion so that should be coming soon.Its just the frustration of being young and already having this for 2 years that I cant seem to do anything normal. I wouldnt go mad at the exercise anyways and wouldnt be silly enough to do weights but is the cross trainer really so bad??
