Today I walked on the Treadmill for ten minutes at 1.8 flat, and my BG changed 210 to 169. I hypothesize that what causes this effect must be chemical somehow. I have been told that Insulin aids in helping sugar across cell wall. I hypothesize that increasing Insulin Sensitivity by exercise is a chemical thing as well. I would love to take that chemical, as I have severe arthritis. I have never read of any medical studies looking for this chemical. So what gives? What am I missing?
Any help will be apprecited.
