I bought the wrong program of his by accident. I thought I bought the jump manual but bought the vertical exercise and instant inches by accident. I read his 60-day guarantee so I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try. It didn't work well for me and I ended up injuring my knee. I was pretty disappointed and asked for a refund. Customer service turned me down and told me to just ask him for some rehab tips. I was pretty pissed and decided to ask again a few weeks later. This time I explained I qualified for his return policy so they gave me his private email. I emailed him, no response. I ask customer service about it again, no response. I'm pretty sure they're ignoring me because they don't want to give me my money back. So don't be expecting a refund from this guy. I'll update if he does honour his refund policy though.
